We are committed to making therapy accessible for everyone. We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options, including super-bills for out-of-network reimbursement.

In-Network Insurance Plans
Blissful Balance accepts select insurance plans to help make therapy more accessible.
We are currently in-network with the following providers:

Self-Pay & Out-of-Network Clients
If you don’t have insurance, our rates are $135 for the initial intake session and $100 for individual therapy follow-up sessions.
If you would like to use insurance but we are not in-network, we can provide a super-bill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Blissful Balance also provides a Good Faith Estimate in accordance with the No Surprises Act. If you are interested in discussing a reduced rate, please let us know. Reduced rates are offered on a case-by-case basis and are determined by our office.
